Community Yoga Gives
Back!
Community Yoga has adopted a highway: HWY 73 and
SR 115! Look for our sign and watch for upcoming dates to help us
clean up our roads!
AND
Community Yoga will be at the Charles Mack Citizen
Center for a Health Fair on Friday, April 18 from 10-6. At 3 pm, CY
will give a yoga demonstration. Come and give your support!
AND
We will also be at the Senior Citizen Health Fair at
Jetton Park, Tuesday, April 22 from 10-1: Go to the park and you will find
Joe Higgins on the loop. He will be putting seniors through some
paces!

Notice
During Cathy Fieselman's absence the 12:15 pm
classes on Wednesday and Friday will be taught by Polly Breen, a
certified Advanced
SVAROOPA Yoga teacher who is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
The Wednesday class is a SVAROOPA BLISS
CONTINUING CLASS emphasizing alignment in the Asanas that release
into the spine for strength, length and flexibility for the entire body.
Also included is Ujjaii Pranyama Breathing and guided body
meditation.
The Friday class is a SVAROOPA BLISSFULL
BACK CLASS which is a therapeutic yoga formatted specifically for tense
and stiff backs, necks, shoulders, knees etc. Personal individual
propping with blankets, blocks and gentle adjustments insure relief of
discomfort and everyday tension and stress. You should be able to rest on
a thick blanket on the floor with the neck and knees comfortably propped
to benefit from this class.

During Meg Smeaton's four month trip to Boulder,
her Sunrise Yoga class on Tuesdays from 6-7 will be taught by Laurie
Walker. Plus, Laurie will add an additional Sunrise class on
Thursdays from 6-7. Start your day the right way!
