Private Instruction

Are you in need of some individual attention? Or would you like to give a gift certificate to a friend. Our teachers are available to offer private instruction in their areas of expertise at the studio.

Studio Rental

Our studio is prioritized for our teachers but if you are considering a workshop in connection with the studio give us a call. It has hardwood floors, corner lamps for low lighting or overheads for bright, and 875 square feet of open space. For information please contact us.

FAQ

Are there additional costs / what do I need?

There are no additional costs. We provide a yoga mat (we encourage you to bring your own mat), yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, eyebags and blankets. We have bottled water available for $1 or bring your own. We have bathrooms, but no showers on-site. Please wear comfortable clothing and no heavy perfumes. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. Arrive ten minutes before the class and let the teacher know of any injuries or limitations.

The building is just north of Carolina Cones on the same side of the road. It is an ‘L’ shaped building and our door is in the back right side of the ‘L”. The studio is the first door on the right.

How big are your classes?

Our class size ranges from 3-20 with an average class size of 6 (with room for over twenty).

Can I change Plans?

Yes. If you take a drop-in class and would like to purchase a 5, 10 or Unlimited pass, we will include your drop-in class in the discount.

Can I drop by?

We do not have a reception area and are here only when we are holding classes. You are welcome to stop by either before or after a class but if you want to discuss an appointment is preferred. Please call Amy at 704-491-4749 (cyyoga@gmail.com)
